Got this for free along with some cuttings. Scratched it a bit removing it. Hopefully it heals ok. Renting this house so i cant put it in the ground. It is about 2 meters tall. Thanks!
I recently acquired some long cuts as well. I let them callous for 2 weeks. Then I stood them up in 2 gallon pots for 3-4 weeks (with light watering). I used a 5 foot tall ladder and bungee cords to hold the cacti upright. Today when I checked I had one or two of them were starting to root.
