We typically press a bushel at a time. Our organic no spray orchard occasionally produces blemish free apples like these. Apples are ground into mash before pressing. The heirloom Wealthy are my favorite cider apple producing a rich and flavorful juice. We freeze it in one quart containers and enjoy it all winter.
