I picked up some Masterblend plant starter (10-52-10) and it's working well for rooting some basil cuttings.

I've got some tomato and lettuce seedlings and the marketing says it's appropriate to use on "young seedlings", but I can't find any reviews/experiences from people who have tried it. Should I use a weaker mix of it or full strength since it's intended for seedlings?
I assume despite the "young seedlings" compatibility I should still wait for true leaves before feeding with this?
