I have a few Calabrian chili pepper plants that have flourished all season. They were transplanted into the garden in May. My question is – When do Calabrian peppers usually ripen? They should turn red, but I’ve yet to see one turn here in September. Google hasn’t been much of help unfortunately. I’m in Zone 5. Luckily we have a hot spell this week so the plants have more time to thrive.
