This is the first time my airplant clump has flowered. Will the clump still be nice and round or will the flowered ones start to wilt and dry up? Shall I remove them after flowering?

They take a long time to die. Usually, by the time you notice, the pups are as big as the parent. You probably won’t notice. it might get thicker if anything. Collect the seeds when the flowers die. The dead will fall off, or you could clip them. The process will take months.
