Philodendron

Freshly repotted..need tips!

Yesterday, I repotted my 8 year old Phil. Immediately, he seemed happier after being in a pot that was far too small. I transplanted to. A fairly larger draining pot, watered directly after repotting using potting soil, and he immediately perked up. However, I am now on the hunt to figure out how to improve him even more. More specifically, I am hoping to receive tips on how to fix the drooping on the more mature/larger leaves as well as how to make him grow more evenly in less dense areas. I’d also like to add that this is NOT his usual spot. I have the window open in hopes that rotating him periodically in the sun will help him settle. In his old pot, he was growing lobsided and unevenly which is why he looks like he does at this moment!
