Horticulture Terrariums

Does this count as failing or succeeding?

This is my first ever attempt at a terrarium. I got some drainage rocks, added a layer of dried moss, dirt and isopods. Added some live moss, a fern, and a couple of sprigs of a low growing ground cover I bought. I then went to hospital for a month and came back.

Pros: it isn’t dead. There is, in fact, life.
Cons: too much life. Nothing but this plant survived. It has murdered everything else. It wants freedom. I fear it.

So the plant will reach I guess what we can call terminal mass. Then it will either have a die off where a bulk of the plant will be lost and it can start growing again (probably won’t look too scenic). Or it will completely die…

    …Or the plant will escape.

It’s succeeding at making a viable terrarium, but failing at choosing the right plants for it.
