Hello, we've had 3 different certified arborist look at this tree, 2 say it's fine to stay, 1 says it should come down ASAP. It a about 100 foot pink oak tree so will be $$$ to take down. There is rot about 15 feet up the main trunk. Curious on opinions, thanks!
