Hey Everyone, I have finished stacking all my block and now I want to reinforce. Would it be okay to pour dry concrete into each cell and just add water like you’re setting a post in the ground? I tried this on a couple and the mix didn’t seem to harden all that great. Maybe it just needs time in not sure. But mixing it wouldn’t be fun either.

no. that’s not a good idea because of what you’re seeing already. mix and pour properly so the concrete can be as strong as rated.
