Weird spots on plants

I haven’t brought any new plants into my collection. All of these plants sit on the same shelf in front of an east facing window so it gets a lot of diffused morning sunlight.

I’ve noticed some of these weird “holes” on my plant. They’re not actual holes but look like them.

And then on my velvet alocasia i noticed these red dots. My apps just keep telling me that I’m under watering but there are minimal signs of that.

Any info would help! Thank you so much in advance.
