Welcome to the visual diary of my self sufficient & organic vegetable garden, the Shine Wellbeing Veg Patch, where I grow more than 70% of my food each year.
This is a vlog style video designed to share insights, tips and to help you from making the same mistakes I have so you can grow a low maintenance bountiful organic food garden with less fuss.
My goal is to work smarter not harder and the Shine Wellbeing VegPatch is maintained in only 2 hours per week, just by me, no behind the scene gardeners!

Daya is the founder of Shine Wellbeing and has over 35 years experience in the wellbeing industry and is a diploma qualified yoga specialist. She also holds qualifications in Integrated wellbeing & nutrition, fitness, personal training, reflexology, kinesiology and more.
