Philodendron

Tipsy P. Black Cardinal – more support OR off with her head?

My Philodendron "Black Cardinal" is super top heavy & lopsided; Cardi-Leaf has had gorgeous new growth the last twoish years and I didn't want to mess anything up… so I didn't turn her as much as I definitely should have.

Now I have a janky moss pole as additional support for her feeble wisp of a stalk. I've also started piling rocks in her pot and I have a ceramic bowl balanced on one side to prevent her from tipping. 🙃
She's also, over the last month or two, been putting out what I believe are flowers? They're taking forever to bloom if so, but I imagine I should let them do their thing before any repottings/beheadings?

REGARDLESS – Is repotting her in a more balanced way and with a better support the best route when the time comes?
Or should I chop her a few nodes beneath her chonkiest bits and re-root?
If I do the latter, how do I go about it?
I have only ever done water propagations (and never on a Philodendron of any kind), but sticking this whole-ass plant into a pot, or idk… cauldron? of water? that seems ridiculous?? (I'll do it tho lol)
Could I hypothetically just stick her into soil?

I don't really know what I'm doing so any advice and insights appreciated!

This one could be fun to air layer. Get long sphagnum moss and make a plastic wrapped ball of it kept moist around the stem below the leaves. Over time the bag will fill with roots then you chop it and re-plant it with no wonky mess. The old base will be a new plant.
