Judging by the name, it must be a monstrose cultivar of G. mihanovichii. Normally this kind of growth pattern indicates witch’s broom, but if it’s being sold commercially, then it’s probably fine.

Never mind, I finally noticed the last photo. Echinopsis ‘Chocolate’ is the name of the cultivar.
