Best snack I’ve had in a very long time.
Sauce: heat olive oil and throw around two cups of tomatoes. Boil until thick as store bought jar sauce.
Dehydrated tomatoes: wrap a whole head of garlic in aluminum foil and stick in the oven.
Cut tomatoes in half and cook in oven at 170f until dry, as in makes noise falling on a plate dry. Remove smaller dry ones while bigger ones keep drying. Mine took like 16 hrs with a pause in the middle for sleeping. Last 10 min throw in a couple sprigs of rosemary.
Peel garlic once all tomatoes are dry. Layer tomatoes and garlic cloves in the jar and fill with EVOO. Oil will turn red in a few weeks and taste AMAZING!!!

Back to the snack. Grab bread, toast it, throw sauce on it, sprinkle some dry tomatoes on top, and go to town.
