I got this painted lady philodendron at a local store a few days ago, and she came with this strange brown spot on her leaf, which is dry but also uncharacteristically soft? I have another philodendron with the same issue, who's new leaves all unfurled with these weird, soft & brown patches. Is it because of a fungus and if yes, what can I do?
