Beautiful monstera but sick help

I have had this monstera for a year and half and it was fine.

I spray it every quarter for 2 weeks with neem oil and Sprutzit-R, so I do not think it’s pests but maybe?

Watering: once a week until water comes out of drain
Drainage: yes
Lights: indirect light in a very bright room (large windows)

Now the last 2 months the edges of the leaves are dying both the green and white part..
And I simply don’t know why, I have cut those parts off a few times but it’s just keeps on getting back.

Would appreciate any help

Are you using purified water? I believe plants often develop brown tips from unpurified water because they need a place to store the toxins/minerals that aren’t filtered out.

Also, you spray it with neem oil even when it doesn’t have pests? My understanding is that neem oil isn’t plant *toxic*, but that it still isn’t great for the plant (it’s just much worse for spider mites). Not sure if that’s the reason your plant is browning at the edges, but just something to consider.

If you’re watering once a week the soil might not have time to dry out. Are checking 2-3” down to see if it actually needs watering?

My guess is that it might be rootbound. Have you ever repotted it?
