Is this fruit?

So my alocasia has had this bulb forever I mean all summer after it bloomed and dyed off. I tried to open it the other day and then doing so it opened itself and today I seen this!!! What do I do? lol that’s her leaf I forget what she is again lol and now she has two more flowers growing.
