OP did the right thing. When you have crappy butt-hole neighbors (or HOA), cameras are a requirement, not an option. You should be discrete about the cameras. That way the butt-holes would keep up their actions and do something really illegal.
When you have a toxic family you have to find some way to distance yourself from them. Once you're free of toxicity for a couple of months you'll realize you feel much better.
Don't take other's lunches. Who knows they might consider ghost peppers a great flavor enhancer.
Don't just throw away those HOA documents. They become evidence in your future lawsuit for harassment.

I enjoy the stories,, but over a hour & half is just to long, just My opinion,,
I'm sorry, but I'd be going after the judge at that point – the woman was a squatter, they tried to do everything legally to remove her, yet that judge rulled against him, leaving him homeless and destitute, depite the fact it was his house! How in the happy hell does a squatter have more rights than the person who owns the property in the first place?!?

WTF. Certainly makes the thought of trying to own property horrifying since the law truly, in this case at least, is on the side of the criminals. Shameful.
The Pool: I'm a Realtor and I actually spit out my coffee out at the statement "I've decided to expand my property line."
Parking on their yard seems fake, you call the cops on someone when they try to run you over and you aren't afraid when they show up with the police with a clearly fake story. You tell the police this is your property and she is crazy and had been warned many times not to park in your driveway. If you did this to me when I was younger you would come back to your car on its side in the middle of the street.
1: There's no misunderstanding. If you don't like it, move. Otherwise, stop complaining. If you won't help yourself, don't expect someone else to do so.
