Are these weeds? I initially thought it's new shoots from rosemary(first three pics) but then similar stuff show up in my pot of basil as well, what kind of weed are those? should I just pluck them? Is that sufficient to remove them(Basil plant already filled the pot with root, no idea how anything else can grow)

Just looks like some type of grass
If your pots are outside, yeah, it’s grass. This is why I have dirt under my nails this time of year. All sorts of little volunteers in the wind. Pluck them out without breaking the stem so you’ll get the root. Easiest right after you water.
