You know how with monsteras you can increase the humidity to help unfurl the new leaf faster? Does it work for alocasias too? This beautiful Watsoniana tricolor came to me with a 3rd leaf and I just can’t wait to find out what variegation she has.

Put it in 100% humidity
I usually do. I make the bathroom steamy and I’ll place my Alocasia’s in there. There’s 4 of us, so the showers are often enough!
I would avoid 100% humidity unless you have good airflow in the enclosure. Just keep it watered when it needs it, and boost humidity if possible.
