Is that the pot it came in? Thats a big pot for such a small plant. It’s probably focusing on filling the pot with roots. Try repotting in a smaller pot.

Was just going to say the same thing. Looks like the pot is way too big for it. I agree to repot in a much smaller nursery pots with drainage holes. Once you do that, you will start to see it thrive.
