Hey Team , I've had this Monstera Obliqua for a couple months now and it has since grown this huge stem. I put it on a moss pole a couple of days ago which has cause the stem to grow by almost 2 inches since then , my question is should I chop the top off the stem to promote growth at the nodes on the pole ?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I know these can be a bit difficult

You won’t promote growth. That “stem” is called a runner and it’s searching for light. The plant is telling you to move it somewhere with better lighting.
