What can I plant in my boxes that likes trellis?

I’ve got such knowledgable responses on my other post so I wonder if anyone would be able to help here.

I’m wondering what I should plant in all these boxes that would utilise the trellis if possible? And also, when best to plant the plant you’re suggesting if possible! Happy to use seeds/bulbs/already grown plants etc.
