Usually 8 weeks it’s more than enough for Golden Photos, but you can keep them in water until you notice secondary roots or the main roots it’s at least 4-5″.
For your Sabila, wash the roots and remove al the damage and mushy parts. You can plant them now in dry soil and then water normal for a succulent.
