I've had this aloe for about 5-ish years , last year it finally sprouted a baby so while replanting it I decided to let the mama into the soil. Within 2 months now there are about 5 sprouts and two more coming up from the ground
I have no knowledge in plant care and this is my first plant I've cared for so I was wondering if anyone could help me with the replanting and aftercare of them? Thnk youuu

I would be extremely grateful if someone can tell me how long I have to wait before I can replant the small ones.
Can I replant them into small cups indoor till they grow or do they need direct sunlight?
Also last question cuz I know I’m annoying. I’m just a lil excited. Is the mother aloe dying? They are currently in an open area with sunlight throughout the day , we have good amount of rain and ample temperature here :>
