My Brassavola hybrid surprised me with the start of a new spike! It'll be my first bloom with this orchid, and I have no idea what hybrid it is, since the tag just said "B. Nodosa" when I bought it. Can't wait to see what I brought home!

That is definitely not a pure nodosa. Possibly some bifoliate in there, judging by the largest set of leaves. You should be seeing them open in about a month…I shall look forward to seeing this!
