Don’t know, I water mine every 2 weeks, every 3-4 weeks in the winter and the lower leaves on mine still get brown tips and lose lower leaves. I think that’s normal

It is likely not enough water but also could be potassium deficiency or excess fertilizer. Do the pots have drainage holes because root rot could do it too.

You can remove the damaged leaves or just trim the tips for looks.

I would say to replace the soil since you don’t know and get on your own schedule. They like a well draining, loamy mix so don’t use potting mix straight from the bag. Add at least 30″ perlite to lighten it. THere are lots of mix recipes online if you want to make a really good one with more ingredients.

They like lots of light. It is usually recommended to not place in too bright of light but mine is in full sun outside and looks better than ever so I think they can do fine as long as it is a gradual increase.

I fertilize with a very dilute fertilizer at least twice a month but recommendations say to only fertilize during the growing season in spring/summer.

Cleanly lined tip die back is usually indicative of needing water, which is the case for the one on the left. The one on the right, assuming the same watering schedule would be the same issue though it is less clear to me because of the gradual large area yellowing which I associate more with wet feet and root rot.
