I have a few butternut squash plants. Most are green and turning yellow, but I have a few that are white?! Seems to be from the same plant but it’s all so mixed it , it could be different varieties all mixed in. Anyone know if it’s a diff variety, or is it just a badly fertilised butternut. Either way, is it edible and still good to grow ?

Also all of my butternuts started green and are slowly turning orange, is this just another route they take before going orange? Thank you!
