First alocasia. I found her at Lowe's. They had lots of the silver dragons but this was the only one I saw of it's kind and the closest resemblence I could find online was of the stingray alocasia. The biggest leaves are ripped unfortunately and it had quite a few dying leaves but still seems okayy. How can I help this alocasia thrive? Any advice? All the "tails" on the big ones are ripped but they look like lily pads almost!

Looks similar to my Loco starter plants including red in the stem and underside. But may not be Loco because my leaves are a little more wrinkled/crumpled at the tips.
