Advice on restoring small run down garden

Moved into a place in South East London that has a small yard, a few trees and a bit of grass clinging to life. The ground is a bit uneven and hard, but I see potential!

Would love some advice on how to prepare it for winter, getting rid of the rotting "shed" at the back, and maybe setting up planters for growing veg.

Thanks in advance!

For the shed, just grab a sledgehammer and have at it, safety first, though! For the garden, start by clearing out any dead plants and leveling the ground a bit. You can use raised planters for veggies, they look nice and help with drainage.
