Plants

Confusing situation + bonus big boy Thai con pic

Hello everyone! I attached a photo of my healthy child, the Thai con. But my main concern is these holes in my other plant leaves. The variegated pepperomia is new, but the large standard pepperomia I’ve had for 2 years. It has always been healthy, just like the variegated pothos. I’ve had the variegated pothos growing around this shelf for nearly 2 years as well. Recently, I’ve noticed unexplained holes on the leaves of some of my plants and am unsure what they indicate. Especially since every plant is thriving growth-wise, not browning, not sparse, receives water when the top portion of soil is dry, etc.

I wonder if they are receiving too much sunlight/becoming sunburned or perhaps they need a fertilizer to help support the leaves? They all grow in a north-facing window (pictured white shelf) with the blinds open 24/7 so they follow a natural light cycle. I attached photos of the shelf, the holes on each plant, and the base of the pothos that now has random holes that do not continue/proliferate throughout the rest of the plant. Would absolutely love someone’s feedback as this weighs on me lol. My plants are absolutely my children and I would cry if I lost them to something simple. Please let me know what you think. Thank you in advance!

Ps: I am watering some of my plants (they’re draining in the bathtub as we speak) but I also have an umbrella plant, an alocasia, multiple pothos, Rudolph philo, 5 monsteras, and an aloe plant. Everyone is healthy and fine otherwise. Concerned about the weird holes 🙁
