Yesterday I purchased some new plants, including a "green lady" and "peace Lily (diamond)". Though these doesn't enjoy direct light, which is unfortunate. My monstera plant doesn't give a shit about direct light though, and seems to somewhat cover the direct light from the natural lighting lamp. Does this work to subside the direct light?

Indirect light refers to sunlight as it is far more aggressive and has the unwanted side effect of heat input over artificial lighting. Under artificial lighting you can utilise full exposure.
