I don't know how many of you shred your paper for your compost but I shred ever piece of paper and cardboard that I can for my pile.
I throw all my shreddables into the paper bag, then when it gets full I start the shredding process.
I bought this shredder on Amazon for about 35 I think.
Aftwr shredder gets full I dump into my barrel and then put to the pile and mix when full.
I have a variety of vegetation, coffee grounds, wood chips and paper matter. Along with water from my rain barrels.
It's a lot of work but I feel like I'm doing my small part to reduce and not trash compostables.
