Honestly, the needs of these different succulents are imho too disparate for them all to thrive when planted together.

I’d remove the echeveria and jade, but I’ve had no problems keeping different members of the aloeae tribe together. I find the windowed haworthia like cooperi act as a good bellwether for when they need water, since gasteria especially don’t show signs of thirst nearly as dramatically.
