This is a species of Stapelia! My wife has a few and loves them. Sometimes nicknamed “corpse flower” because it’s stinky to attract flies as pollinators, but that name isn’t unique to these guys. Thankfully the ones we have aren’t very strong.
The inside of the petals feels super weird and rubbery. Really cool plants!

Stapelia gigantea! It’s actually not a cactus but a succulent in the Apocynaceae or “dogbane” family, the same family as Hoyas.
The flowers smell like rotting meat or something foul to attract flies, which are their pollinators.

Nice! Have to mention that *Stapelia* aren’t cacti though but only very distantly related to them.
