Philodendron

Is this Philodendron Patriciae cutting viable?

Hello, I recently purchased a rooted top cut of this plant online and upon arrival the leaves were very droopy, which is to be expected. It was shipped in moss. I removed the moss to check the roots and realized that there were none. I found all of these dried out black sticks in the moss which I am assuming were the roots…but I am not positive. That is what is shown in 4th pic. The stem is very dark in some places but still hard, not mushy. The seller says it is still viable but I just want to make sure. If any other information or pictures is needed please let me know. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Its still viable but it needs work. Looks overwatered (the moss was probably wet for too long) stick it in some perlite and a spot with good lighting. Dip it in rooting hormone if you can. If the leafs dont recover, you might have to snip them off and propagate it as a wet stick. If thats the case stick it in a humidity box. That being said you want to give it time to settle as well so dont be so quick to cut it back cause you can stress it out even more like that.
