Why so many traps turning black?

I repotted it awhile back and it' sprouted a bunch of new ones and a flower bud, then a bunch started turning black. The soil doesn't have any fertilizer in it, I made sure of that. It's usually inside, but we took it outside to repot them and it fails to catch a fly several times so we think it might be needed nutrients but we're not sure. Any advice

Has it been colder where you live? These plants go dormant when temperatures drop. The leaves will die back and the plant will form a ‘resting bud’. research dionea dormancy to see if this is what your plant might be doing

Are you top watering or tray watering?
Using distilled, rain or RO water?
