Wisteria all yellow leaves.

Can anyone tell me why this wisteria offshoot(parent plant in background) is all yellow? It started out growing that way and is continuing to grow that way. This plant is outdoors and is watered only by the rain. In Pennsylvania. This spot gets full sun.

Full albo offshoot from a green or partially variegated mother plant? I don’t see how else it would be able to survive
