Bermuda, if its just small patch. Round up and re seed.

Following for Bermuda in Zoysia tips. I’ve had it pop up in my Zenith Zoysia this summer. I started mowing it long and that seems to have reduced the spreading. Although I’m not sure if that will work here, this looks like Zeon or a more fine-blade variety?
