It’s looks fungal. Maybe a mold or even mushrooms mycelium. It’s not necessarily a bad thing as long as it doesn’t infect the plant. Each fungus usually has a specific host and it may infect the soil while leaving your plant alone.

Just a side note – I’d move her to a smaller pot. The pot you are currently using is much too big 🌱♥️

Are they the little white balls? If so it’s a harmless fungus but means you’re watering too much. Let the soil dry out completely. It’s always better to underwater. The plant will tell u when it’s thirsty

Edit: based on the crack in the soil, the soil might also be impacted. There’s a word for it I forget. The soil is packed so tight it’s hard to saturate with water properly then water might pool in other places causing moisture to accumulate and thus fungus.

I could be wrong about that last bit tho, just my hypothesis.

not fully sure but it might be powdery mildew? I suggest looking it up to be sure. Make sure the soil is well aerated.

It could be residue from hard water? Not totally sure but some of my plants have that and my area is know for having hard water

Could be minerals from tap water. But please repot it in a dry soil. Thai cons are easy to rot. They don’t like their toes wet. I have mine in the chunkiest of chunk because I almost rotted mine once.
