Hi everyone, hoping for some opinions from the experts of Reddit.
I want to plant my Wollemi in its current position into the ground, so I can eventually remove the shade cloth over my garden and have the Wollemi provide natural shade to my plants, and act as the main feature of my garden. I would maintain it to around the height of the shade cloth so it doesn't turn into a monster of course 😅
The question is, does anyone know anything about the root systems of Wollemi? Is it likely to cause damage to the foundations or underground pipes if I plant it in the ground? Any other suggestions would be appreciated 😊
