I don’t see all the legs, but to me, it clearly looks like a scutigera coleoptrata. Should be harmless to any of your plants as they hunt spiders, mosquitoes, wasp and mor usefulyly cockroach… Keep it in your house, they are good fellow (even somehow repulsive at first look).
If it flies, it may be a kind of tippula. And then, food for your plamt (-;
