What is my monstera trying to tell me?

I ordered a young monstera online and received it yesterday. For context, it took about 9 days to ship and it spent almost a week in the packaging while en route to me.

I’ve places it in a west-facing window which receives a decent amount of indirect light (and some direct light in the afternoon) and ive not watered it because the soil is still moist.

A day later and two of the non-fenestrated leaves are drooping very low – which tells me it might die soon lol.

What happened? Is it just my plant telling me its finding hard to adapt to a new environment? Should I give it some water? Less light? Any help would be appreciated!
