I’m a new Dahlia mom, I started this as a bulb and she gave me 1 yellow flower in June. She was tall and skinny though so I cut her back. She’s got about 9 buds now and this one has been growing for over a month and finally opened!
The orange color was such a pleasant surprise, I’ve got one starting to bloom behind this one.. the others, I worry, won’t bloom before we get our first frost but I’m hopeful!
