My husband got this for me for my birthday, but when we took it out of the box it had smashed. It wasn’t the sender’s fault as apparently it was fine when it arrived. Is there anything I can do?
Most people break it down (take everything out) and rebuild in a new container. I’ve also seen (rare) that someone superglued the cracks with lots of glue, then painted the dried glue Gold like Japanese Kintsugi. This converts it to an open terrarium. But I do not recommend the latter approach.
