Bright Yellow Spots on Arborvitae

These American Pillar Arborvitae were purchased from a Nursery in Richmond, Va and planted back in Feb 2024 as 5-6ft trees. They have been watered using a drip line 1-2x/ week depending on the weather. I fertilized them with osmocote when first planted and have not fertilized since then.

When I mentioned the yellow spots to the The Nursery, they advised that I have the trees looked at by an arborist for evaluation and possible fungicide treatment. The Nursery has a great reputation and they have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have already scheduled with the arborist, but I’m just curious what to expect from the arborist. Any input or advice is greatly appreciated!
