  1. I would take this shit to the dump, or use it as ballast filling and lay down some reused street bricks. In a year or so they’ll look like they have belonged there since the 17th century.

    just my opinion: I’d start by ripping up the pavers and removing the grass/leveling the ground in the area. If u don’t want grass to grow between the pavers landscaping fabric should work well under the pavers if u choose to put them back to stop the grass from growing. I’m sure u can also find some virtually identical pavers to even put the rows

    i think interlock stone would look nice, would match the house more than those slabs do

    It’s kind of an awkward step down. I’d install a more friendly step as a transition into a paver, flagstone, or concrete patio

    Concrete pad with control joints. Will save you the hassle of spraying weed killer in every joint if you have pavers as you do now.
