Don’t cover them. Septic systems need access ports for a reason. You can potentially screen them with a hedge, but you will want to make sure you can still easily access them if needed.

I would toss some planters with big plants on them, bird bath maybe. kinds hides it and can be moved to access

Build around it with landscape bricks. Put tarp over cover than put mulch. Easy to remove when servicing
