*If* you want to split offsets or heads, general rule of thumb is whenever they’re 1/3 the size of the main rosette or if they have a few of their own roots. You could honestly split them without their roots if you have experience rooting offsets in that condition, but it’ll set them back several months while they’re rooting and becoming established.

I’d wait another year and split in half, or move it into a bowl shaped pot as is.
