Too much sun?

I usually leave it on my window so the plant gets full sunlight, a lot of the leaves are yellowing and crispy at the ends. Should I cut those parts / the leaves themselves? And should I move it location?

It has drainage and I water once a week (I check if the soil is dry first)

u could try moving it to a spot with indirect light to see if that helps. As for the yellowing and crispy leaves u can trim off the damaged parts or remove the affected leaves to encourage new growth. Just make sure u’re not overwatering either but it sounds like u’re keeping an eye on the soil which is great

When you check the soil, are you pushing your finger down towards the bottom? How frequently are you checking the soil?

This looks like a kalanchoe to me – when I moved mine from the windowsill to a spot just next to the window, it went from shriveled like this to positively bursting. It wants to dry out pretty good before watering, plus make sure the soil is well-draining.
